The benefits of yoga are many and varied. These free, weekly classes last one hour, up to 75 minutes if we overrun. They comprise of warm-ups, breathing, yoga postures and sequences and finish with relaxation and meditation. The Coordinator is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga instructor and tailors classes to suit most levels of physical ability, from beginners upwards. New members are most welcome to come along, try a class, then join if you think it suits you. It's always a good idea to wear layers for yoga. Mats, blocks and some blankets are available at the hall. Please email the Coordinator, Jeanie if you would like to join or if you would like more information.
