Islington u3a?
Financially – nobody. Socially, intellectually, emotionally – every one of our members. There’s a strong sense of belonging. Islington u3a is a non-profit organisation run by members, for members.
Islington u3a was founded in 2013 by first chair Anne Weyman and her team. Today we have over 800 members taking part in eighty-plus Interest Groups - from Arts to Wellbeing. Each group is run by one, sometimes two, members who have volunteered their time and talents to become Coordinators.
