Join our online Yoga class on Zoom. This weekly 40 minute drop-in evening session offers a shorter, even more relaxing alternative to the in-person Wednesday morning class. You’ll enjoy calming breathing practices, gentle warm-up movements and easy postures, followed by an extended relaxation to help you unwind. Practising from home makes it especially welcoming during the winter months. These sessions are running most Fridays to February 2026.
