Looking to boost your health and well-being? QiGong is an ancient Chinese practice designed to build vitality, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote relaxation and longevity. It combines gentle, flowing movements with focused breathing and mindfulness, helping to calm the mind and energise the body. QiGong can be practised standing or sitting, making it suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness, including those with limited mobility or recovering from illness. The group is led by Jan Durbridge, a certified instructor in Long White Cloud QiGong, who guides participants through this restorative practice.
