Venue: Online and face to face in a member's home in Highbury

Need a bit of tech help? Our team of Islington u3a volunteers is here to assist members who have queries or problems with their computers, tablets or smartphones. We offer three levels of support: 
1. Drop-in Sessions: these are generally held from 3:00pm on the 3rd Tuesday in the month.
2. Helpline: if you can't make the drop-in sessions or need a quicker service, email computerhelp.iu3a@gmail.com with details of your query and we'll contact you and try to resolve any issues
3. IT Guides: we've developed a range of guides on points raised previously by members.
