The German Stammtisch Group offers an enjoyable opportunity to practise German in a relaxed, social setting. All levels are welcome! The group meets informally once a month in a local pub to chat in German about 'Gott und die Welt'. There’s no teacher, no set topic, and no preparation required, just friendly conversation over a drink (each participant pays individually). The German Stammtisch is a tradition where regulars gather around a reserved table to talk, share ideas, and enjoy good company. Our modern version keeps that same spirit of openness, laughter, and lively discussion.
