Our Group reads books written in French and discusses them in English — but anyone who feels inclined is welcome to contribute in French! Our aim is to rediscover classics but also acquaint ourselves with new, modern French authors. Examples of books we have read in the past are: Emile Zola's La Bête Humaine; Temps Glaciaires by Fred Vargas and Amélie Nothomb's Stupeurs et Tremblements.
