Friendly games of Pétanque, also known as boules. The group meets at 10.30am every Tuesday in a local park. It’s a good spot with a café and toilets nearby. Pétanque is not a difficult game to pick up, but, as they say, takes a lifetime to master. While some members just come for a light-hearted game, others have developed their game further by entering tournaments. The most important aspect is the camaraderie which has built up and the friendships formed. Nearly all of us started from scratch so no experience is necessary. Join us for a warm welcome!
