If you like discussing international contemporary events in a lively and informative atmosphere, the International Affairs group provides a great way of doing so. Each month a different member provides a very short paper on a chosen topic and then it is discussed in the Group. There are definitely no experts or outside speakers and so the discussion is entirely self-generated. We all want to be better informed, so it is all about learning and dialogue, not argument. In the past we have discussed the Ukraine war, the Rule of Law, Brazil, Regenerative Farming Trends, the Sahel, East Germany and much more.
