This Group enjoys a lively and varied programme throughout the year. Activities include visits to members’ and other gardens, talks on plants and gardening techniques, tree walks, and occasional trips to galleries. Members regularly share ideas, experience, plants, and seeds - our popular plant swaps ensure everyone benefits from each other’s successes. We focus on exploring and discussing gardens rather than doing hands-on gardening, and we always round off the year with a festive lunch in December. We try to meet in the morning on the first Thursday of each month, but sometimes timings have to change to accommodate hosts.  The occasional outing further afield will run into the afternoon.
