Book Group 6 was started in 2017 by the late Susan Loppert. Fiction is our main focus. Every month a member chooses a book and subsequently leads the discussion on her or his choice. We‘ve agreed a limit of 500 words and that the book must be available in paperback. Books we’ve read and discussed include: All that Glitters by Orlando Whitfield, East West Street by Phillipe Sands, The Marriage Portrait by Maggie Farrell, James by Percival Everett, Rodham by Curtis Sittenfield, Harlem Shuffle by Colson Whitehead and On Beauty by Zadie Smith.
