We’re an informal and friendly group of readers from a variety of backgrounds who enjoy lively discussions and a shared enthusiasm for books. Our reading list is chosen by members and alternates between fiction and non-fiction, helping us to explore a wide range of ideas and genres. Each member suggests two or three titles in turn, and together we decide what to read next. Alongside our monthly meetings, we enjoy the occasional celebration — for birthdays, anniversaries, or an annual lunch to brighten up January. Conversations often wander into travel, volunteering, and other shared experiences.
